Maureen specializes in real estate transactions, construction, and insurance, bolstering the firm’s practice as “outside general counsel” to family office and corporate clients. She joined the firm in 2020 after over two decades of practice, initially as a litigator in a well-known law firm and eventually as general counsel of an architecture firm and a technology company. Maureen’s broad experience brings a unique perspective to her legal work which helps manage risk and resolve current and identify future business obstacles across all business types.

In her non-working life, Maureen is an avid runner, cyclist, occasional triathlete – and dog lover. She enjoys all that Northern California wine country has to offer, especially quiet morning runs through the vineyards and the dynamic food and wine scene.
