Jeff is a founding partner, specializing in business law and tax matters. He has particular expertise in business structuring, including planning, negotiation and implementation of partnerships, joint ventures, corporations, and limited liability companies. His extensive experience with business transactions, combined with a strong tax background, provides clients with a valuable and creative resource in structuring business start-ups, business acquisitions, sales, mergers and joint venture relationships.
