Jamie’s practice combines commercial litigation with corporate practice. As a commercial litigator, he focuses on business, real estate, and construction disputes. He has successfully litigated jury and bench trials, and regularly represents clients in mediations and arbitrations. Part of Jamie’s litigation practice involves risk-benefit analyses to help clients make smart decisions about disputes and avoid litigation when possible. Jamie also serves as corporate counsel to various businesses and advises them on entity formations through dissolution, risk management, business and real estate matters, and employment issues.
